I have devoted my career to the representation of employers in connection with all aspects of employment-related litigation and counseling. I have represented employers in state and federal courts and before government agencies throughout the southeast and beyond. My experience includes defending employers from claims involving alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, civil rights violations, labor standards and wage and hour violations, and workplace violence, as well as representing employers in connection with claims involving alleged non-compete agreement violations, employee raiding, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, tortious interference, and defamation.
