About Zachary Silverman
I represent clients in an array of commercial disputes, including in matters involving contracts, labor and employment, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, securities, and high-exposure products liability claims. From 2015-18, I have been named a “Rising Star” by NY Metro Super Lawyers® in the area of Business Litigation. Less than 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 receive this award, which came as the result of nominations by those of my peers who personally observed me in action as opposing counsel or co-counsel, including in the courtroom. I am admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania; in the federal district courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey; and in the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
