About Zachary Shepard
For over 20 years, Zachary J. Shepard has been a litigator in employment, professional negligence, and personal injury law across California, primarily in Los Angeles/Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Shepard worked in the restaurant industry for almost a decade - from washing dishes to managing restaurants, including with the Kimpton Group.With offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Mr. Shepard is a partner at Glickman & Glickman, where he began his law practice after graduating from UCLA School of Law in 2005. After 20 years of litigating in the employment space, he has retired from employment law litigation to direct his experience to act as a neutral mediator rather than an advocate. As such, Mr. Shepard has launched Shepard Resolution where he is now available as a professional mediator focused on the resolution of employment, professional negligence and personal injury matters. In addition to his mediation practice, Mr. Shepard remains an active partner at Glickman & Glickman, and continues to accept new matters, by referral only, exclusively in the personal injury space.
