Zach Wallin

Zach Wallin attended Chapman University School of Law and emphasized his studies in Alternate Dispute Resolution. Zach received training in Mediation and received the CALI award for the number 1 negotiator in his class. Zach also had the esteemed privilege to work as a judicial law clerk for a family law judge at the Orange County Superior Court. During that time, he was able to gain valuable exposure to the intricacies of all aspects of family law. During law school Zach interned with Bisnar|Chase and the Orange County Public Defender's office. Zach was actively involved in his law school community, serving as the Secretary and the Vice-President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and as Junior Editor of the Chapman Law Courier. Prior to law school, Zach attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a B.S. degree from the Marriott School of Management with an emphasis in Business Marketing. He then had a successful twelve year career selling Real Estate in Orange County, California. During his undergraduate work, Zach spent two years in San Juan, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands learning Spanish and performing humanitarian service for his church. After law school he worked at the firms of Bremer Whyte Brown and O’Meara and Cooksey Toolen Gage Duffy & Woog, The Hunter Law Group, the Wallin Family Law Group, Minyard|Morris, and at GoDocs. Zach is admitted to practice in courts in the State of California and in the State of Utah. He is a member of the California bar, the Utah bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. In 2024, with 1000's of entity reviews under his belt, Zach formed Eagle Eye Review, a corporation that helps private lenders nationwide reduce their lending risk and provide assurances to the buyers of their loans that an inquiry has been made as to the actual authority of the signers authorized to bind the entity to the terms, conditions, and obligations of the loan. Eagle Eye Review has been able to help private lenders improve their bottom line, expand into new markets, and improve their processes.
