About Yasmine Tabatabai

Yasmine Tabatabai has extensive experience in a wide variety of matters, including plaintiff and defense claims, business litigation, real estate litigation, breach of contract actions, purchase and sale disputes, fraud & non-disclosure cases, slander of title, business torts, dual agency conflicts, and hospital medical malpractice claims. She has recovered vast successful results on behalf of her clients and, notably, has defeated hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of claims made against her clients.Ms. Tabatabai also devotes part of her practice to advising principals in all aspects of purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties. While she was attending law school, Ms. Tabatabai earned numerous awards including the Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Trial Advocacy, Evidence, and Contracts.
