I am licensed to practice law in the State of California and New York. My practice emphasizes business immigration, including EB-5 investment immigration, employment-based immigration (EB-1, EB-2/EB-3, EB-4) and non-immigrant worker visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, R-1, J-1). I have represented numerous entrepreneurs, academics, professionals and entertainers and successfully helped them obtain permanent residency in the U.S.. I have more than ten years of legal experience focusing on corporation, business transactions and immigration in both U.S. and China. Since 2004, I have been dedicating to the practice of U.S. immigration law and handled a wide variety of legal matters in employment-based immigration, non-immigrant worker visas as well as family-based immigration and removal defense. For the past eight years, my practice has focused more on EB-5 investment immigration. I have worked for five USCIS designated regional centers and a few non-regional center project companies as legal counsel, advising foreign investors on U.S. immigration law and supervising EB-5 petition filing.
