William Parry

A lifelong Valley resident and Lemoore native, William “Bill” Parry is the owner and founder at William Parry Law, where he is a solo practitioner, specializing in criminal defense litigation, practicing in the Valley since 1999. Bill graduated from CSU Fresno in '95, magna cum laude. In '98 he graduated from San Joaquin College of Law, a member of the Law Review and a two time winner of the Leon S. Peters Leadership Award. Bill served the City of Visalia from 1998-2001 as an Administrative Hearing Officer while working as a criminal defense litigator with the Kapetan Brothers Law Firm. Bill was a litigator in the Sacramento and Hanford based firm of Kahn, Soares and Conway from 2001 to 2013. From 2013 until 2017 Bill was the managing shareholder of the Hanford office of Hammerschmidt Broughton. Bill continues to serve his community in numerous ways, including serving as a member of the board of directors for the Kings County Fair since 2003, having been appointed by California Governor Davis, and later reappointed to the board by Governor Schwarzenegger. Since 2005 Bill has served on the board of directors for the Lemoore High School Foundation for Educational Excellence, which supports and services numerous scholarships and academic programs for students of Lemoore High School, his alma mater. Bill is also a member of the the Kings County Bar Association, where he served four consecutive years as the body’s President. Bill is also a board member of the non-profit organization ‘AmeriCymru,’ the Nation’s largest Welsh-American association. In 2010 Bill was honored by his alma mater, Fresno State, as one of its "100 Dinstinguished Alumni" from the Arts and Humanities Department, on which Bill now sits as a member of its "Advisory Board" of directors. In 2011 Bill became the youngest ever inductee into the Lemoore High School Hall of Fame. He is the current Pres. of the Lemoore Chamber.
