About William McMahon
I am a partner at Constangy where I represent publicly held and private companies of all sizes in all types of employment law disputes. In addition to defending employers in litigation, I also regularly advise businesses on how to avoid issues before they occur. I am also Co-Chair of Constangy's ERISA Litigation Practice Group, and I defend employers, plan sponsors, and employee benefit plans in claims for denial of benefits, breach of fiduciary duty, and other miscellaneous relief under ERISA. Since 2010, I have taught Employee Benefits & Pension Law at Wake Forest University School of Law.
