William Maderer

Bill Maderer is the former Managing Member of Saiber LLC and specializes in employment litigation, complex business litigation, higher education law, internal corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense. He has successfully tried employment, business and criminal cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. He is also retained to conduct independent investigations to assist clients in detecting employee misconduct in both civil and criminal matters. Bill is listed in New Jersey Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Litigation - Labor and Employment and Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business. Chambers USA cites sources describing Bill as being a "terrific lawyer who is very bright, well prepared, and has good judgment" and a "prominent presence in complex commercial litigation." Prior to joining Saiber, Bill was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey (1974-1980) where he was Chief of the Special Prosecution Division (1977-1980).
