As a retired Naval Officer, former Assistant State Attorney and former Senior Trial Attorney for a large personal injury law firm, I founded my law practice on the principle that people deserve a voice in the courtroom. I opened my doors with one objective: to tell your story — injured, powerless people in Northeast Florida and throughout Florida, can rely on this law firm to be their voice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prior to starting my law firm I served my clients at The Law Offices of Ronald E. Sholes, P.A. as a leader in the Litigation Department handling complex Personal Injury cases through to trial. Prior to working at Sholes I was an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's 4th Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant State Attorney, I have successfully tried over 30 jury trials ranging from DUI and domestic battery to burglary and murder. After only four months at the State Attorney's Office I was asked to be a member of the prestigious Domestic Battery Unit and quickly became the lead prosecutor. Once promoted to the Circuit Court, I successfully prosecuted hundreds of serious felony cases. I give every client the representation they deserve and critically dissect their case to thoroughly examine all legal avenues. I am dedicated to protecting the Constitutional rights of our firm’s clients and stand ready to fight next to them when faced with a DUI, drug-related charge, or other criminal offense.
