About William Beatty
I am a retired equity shareholder and trial attorney for the Chicago law firm of Johnson & Bell, Ltd. where I have practiced since 1978. I concentrated my practice in the defense of product liability cases, employment-related litigation, ERISA cases, TCPA litigation (both individual and class actions) and health insurance lawsuits (both individual and group claims). I have also defended product manufacurers and premises owners in asbestos-related litigation, including numerous mesothelioma claims.
