About Whitney Green
Whitney Keltch Green practiced all aspects of family law for 8 years prior to joining Carrington Coleman as a Partner. She practices exclusively family law and is passionate about helping her clients through crisis. She prides herself in looking outside the box for creative solutions and preparing tirelessly for court when necessary. Whitney is a graduate of the University of Texas, where she was involved in many organizations that were focused on raising awareness about domestic violence and volunteered at the Women’s Shelter in Austin. Then, she attended Baylor Law School, where she concentrated in Business Litigation, took all of the available Family Law courses and was involved in various advocacy teams. Whitney has served as a CASA volunteer, where she represented children’s best interests who are in the foster care system. She also worked as an intern for Judge Hoffman in the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas County and then as an extern for Justice Willett in the Texas Supreme Court. Whitney’s clients describe her as “extremely professional, but also very human” in handling courtroom procedures and personal issues. She is a fervent advocate for her client's needs and is able to balance the emotional strains and weigh the practicalities of each family law issue. She has handled many complex divorces, enforcement of prior orders, premarital agreements, child modification matters, and paternity cases in Dallas County and the surrounding counties. She is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts as well as the Northern and Eastern District of Texas Federal Courts. Whitney is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Dallas Family Law Section.
