I have spent my career helping people navigate conflict, high-stakes decisions, and moments of change — first as a criminal defense attorney, then as a legal recruiter, and now as a mediator. For over a decade, I practiced criminal defense law in California, representing clients through some of life’s most difficult circumstances. That experience gave me a deep understanding of human emotion, fairness, and the power of calm, focused communication — skills I carry into every conversation today. As a legal recruiter, I shifted from defending clients to helping attorneys and law firms find alignment in their careers — connecting people, understanding priorities, and finding common ground even when goals differ. Now, as I build Balanced Mediation Group, my work centers on helping individuals and families find resolution through clarity, empathy, and balance. Whether the conflict is personal or professional, I believe every person deserves the opportunity to be heard, understood, and guided toward a fair, lasting solution.
