My representative matters include: • Defending national supermarket, national drugstore, Southern California fast casual food restaurant, and manufacturers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and multi-plaintiff actions. • Defending celebrities and chief executives in harassment and discrimination matters, including obtaining special protective orders to protect sensitive discovery and depositions. • Defending celebrities and high net-worth individuals against claims by domestic employees with respect to special wage issues arising from overnight shifts, work travel, and on-call shifts. • Drafting confidentiality, inventions and trade secret agreements and obtaining injunctions to prevent theft of trade secrets by former employees. • Advising on sensitive employment matters, including harassment and discrimination complaints, terminations, mass layoffs and reductions in force, disability accommodations and medical leave requests. • Negotiating severance agreements and releases. • Drafting employee handbooks and policies. • Advising on special challenges and issues regarding social media policies, confidentiality agreements, and arbitration agreements for employees.
