Sample defense work includes acting as national counsel for IV Flush in product liability cases nationwide involving infected prefilled syringes. The cases concluded through a global mediation and a settlement satisfactory to all. Sample plaintiff work includes a brain damaged infant case that settled immediately after I deposed the obstetrician for $3.5 million. Sample speaking engagements include preparing and conducting a seminar regarding teaching attorneys how to read medical records and evaluate the value of a case.
