About Vincent Tong
TONG LAW represents employees throughout the state of California. We also provide litigation and transactional legal services to individuals and their businesses. Our areas of focus are employment law, entrepreneurial law, trademark and copyright law, and business formation law. Founding attorney, Vincent Tong, is committed to social service and volunteer his time with several non-profit legal services organizations, including the Legal Aid at Work, Asian American Advancing Justice-Asian Law Caucus, API Legal Outreach, Bar Association of San Francisco, the Lawyers' Committee For Civil Rights. Vincent’s community involvement includes serving as the 2021 President for the Alameda County Bar Association’s Board of Directors, a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association’s Executive Board, and a member of the Earl Warren American Inn of Court. Additionally, Vincent enjoys family time with his wife and new baby, playing golf, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
