About Victor Wolf
Victor L. Wolf joined Best Best & Krieger LLP in 1983 and has been a litigation partner with the firm since 1990. In the past, Mr. Wolf has served as both the Office Managing Partner for the Riverside Office and Practice Group Leader for the Business Services Group. Mr. Wolf has significant experience both at the trial and appellate levels handling a wide variety of matters including title insurance, real property and construction disputes, representing both private and public clients. In addition, he established and is responsible for the special tax/assessment foreclosure group, and is also experienced in representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Construction law is a major area of emphasis for Mr. Wolf, who has represented developers, owners, contractors and others in major contract disputes, as well as defect cases. Mr. Wolf has coached mock trial for a local high school for the past ten years, and has conducted numerous seminars and written articles concerning a wide variety of topics including construction law, assessment foreclosures, and trial advocacy.
