Vicki Greene

Vicki Greene is AV-rated and has been practicing law since 1979 and exclusively in family law since 1985. Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Greene represented Alec Baldwin for eight years in his dissolution action from his then wife, Kim Basinger, and is acknowledged in his book titled “A Promise to Ourselves.” Ms. Greene also is acknowledged in two other books, “Chain of Blame” and “Unreal Estate,” arising out of her representation of Sally Arnall, former spouse to Ameriquest subprime industry billionaire Roland Arnall–succeeding in obtaining a confidential settlement on the third day of trial, after reopening their divorce to challenge a prior mediated agreement. Ms. Greene also was co-appellate counsel for Nina Ritter (In re Marriage of Armour and Ritter 2010 WL 2114052 (Cal.App. 2 Dist.) unpub.), successfully challenging a March 22, 2006 trial court decision erroneously dividing the parties' community closely-held shares in The Capital Group Companies, Inc. and was lead trial counsel for Ms. Ritter in two complex long-cause trials (the second of which was the remanded stock trial following the Court of Appeal's reversal and remand). Ms. Greene also was lead counsel and co-appellate counsel for Sarah Trigger Cryer (In re Marriage of Cryer, Jon (2011) 198 Cal.App.4th 1039, a published decision). In 2011, Ms. Greene obtained a favorable trial court decision confirming a father’s right to parent his young children (who suffered the tragic loss of their mother), without undue influence–found to be detrimental–from the children's maternal grandmother. Ms. Greene also previously represented, among others, Adam Venit (WME Entertainment), John Eisendrath (television writer and produced), Jameson Parker ("Simon & Simon"), Ernie Isley (the Isley Bros.), Jack Ryan (former Senate running-mate against Barack Obama), William Grubman (Dream Street Foundation) and Doyle Bramhall II (blues musician).
