About Veronica Escobar
I am the principal attorney and owner of The Law Offices of Veronica Escobar, a New York City based boutique law practice founded in 2010, which focuses exclusively in the practice areas of elder law, which includes special needs planning, as well as trusts and estates. I also represent clients in Article 81 adult guardianship proceedings, and have also acted as Counsel to the AIP, Court Evaluator, and as Guardian. I also counsel on long term care planning and and nursing home and other types of long term care placements outside the home. I am admitted to practice in the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern District of New York.
