I specialize in employment and related business law. My services include representation of employers and employees before administrative agencies (various licensing agencies, Labor Commissioner, EDD, WCAB, WCIRB, Cal-OSHA and others), and representation of employers in collective bargaining. I also handle mechanic lien foreclosure and other collection suits, and have obtained workplace restraining orders. I conduct independent employment investigations, mediate disputes, and present sexual harassment and other supervisory training, in addition to legal counseling and providing legally compliant procedures and forms for businesses. I draft a variety of documents from handbooks to termination letters. Specialties: Litigation and representation before California Regulatory Boards in employment related issues including unemployment appeals, stop work orders.
