As a founding partner of SeltzerFontaine LLC and a former practicing lawyer, I’ve spent my career helping lawyers navigate those decisions with confidence. Over the years, I’ve assisted hundreds of lawyers with career transitions while partnering with law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to achieve strategic growth through hiring exceptional talent. And now I’m helping other legal recruiters do the same. My practice focuses on the recruitment and placement of lawyers at all levels, from associates to partners and General Counsel. In addition, I currently serve as a strategic consultant to the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) and previously served as Secretary of its Board of Directors.
