I'm a litigator and healthcare investigations attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing clients in highly regulated industries—especially healthcare and financial services—in complex litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions. As a Partner at Venable LLP and leader in the firm’s Healthcare Practice, I focus on False Claims Act (FCA) and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) defense, whistleblower and internal investigations, and compliance redesign. My work spans managed care reimbursement, pharmacy benefits, telehealth, drug pricing, and Medicare Advantage risk adjustment. I represent insurers, pharmaceutical and health tech companies, and financial institutions before DOJ, CMS, and HHS-OIG.
