About Valerie Brown
I defend corporations and organizations in all aspects of labor and employment litigation including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, trade secret, restrictive covenant, and wage and hour violations. I specialize in matters that require oversight from and crisis management support and advice to C-suite executives and Boards of Directors due to the challenging nature of the claims, parties involved, and financial or reputational exposure. I have prior experience as in-house counsel for a public company that informs my approach to dealing with thorny employment challenges which require consideration of factors beyond just “winning.” My goal is to always have the client drive business decisions while helping them evaluate and manage risk and potential exposure.
