Uma Chandrasekaran

My practice focuses on representing management in a broad range of employment matters, with a particular emphasis on class and collective actions. I have extensive trial and appellate experience in employment discrimination issues arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities in Employment Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. My background also includes defense of claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, the Fair Labor Standards Act and numerous state employment statutes.
