As it relates to labor and employment law, I routinely help clients avoid risk with effective personnel policies, employment contracts, non-competition agreements, workplace harassment investigations, employee classification, affirmative action plans and analysis, and compliance with federal statutes such as the NLRA, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA to name a few. My labor and employment law practice also includes litigating and defending against wrongful termination, wage and hour, discrimination, FLSA, NLRA, ADA, and FMLA compliance suits, and class action litigation. My litigation practice encompasses categories such as complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, municipality litigation, and partnership disputes. Though I employ a cost effective and practical approach to resolve cases before trial when appropriate, I have experience litigating matters in Indiana state courts, federal district courts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
