I have over 20 years of employment defense litigation experience with a focus and specialty in wage and hour class actions. I took that experience and knowledge and now use it to lead the Client Data Solutions & Analysis team within the best employment defense law firm in the country. My team supports the attorneys of this nationwide firm to handle the analysis of our clients' data. The work we do ranges from wage and hour class action exposure analysis, analyses of reductions in force, adverse impact analyses, pay equity analyses to large database management to government compliance and reporting. We take on discrete projects custom tailored to a client's specific needs and also provide visualizations and demonstrative exhibits for our firm's use in trial, arbitrations, and hearings.
