Tracy Billows serves as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, helping them avoid litigation and solve their business problems through innovative and improved human resources policies and practices, employee relations strategies, skills building training, and constructive human resources assessments. Leveraging her prior experience as a human resources executive, Ms. Billows brings a unique perspective to clients in developing practical and compliant solutions to their business and legal issues. Ms. Billows has an emphasis in absence and accommodation management, employing SeyfarthLean to leverage consistent processes and best practices to manage leaves and accommodations, reduce employee lost time, and increase employee engagement. Ms. Billows also has considerable litigation experience, litigating single plaintiff and class action cases involving claims of harassment, discrimination, failure to accommodate, and violations of leave rights. Ms. Billows also serves as the Co-Managing Partner of Seyfarth’s Chicago Office and is the Past Chair of Seyfarth Shaw's Chicago Office Labor & Employment Department.
