About Tracey VanSteenhouse
I am Vice President of Claims Services-Orange County and San Diego. I started at the Cooperative of American Physicians in May 2014 as a Claims Specialist. In 2019, I was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Claims Services and in 2020 to Vice President Claims Services- Orange County and San Diego. From 2002-2011, as an associate attorney, I defended physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits as well as handling elder abuse legal malpractice, and employment litigation. From 2011-2013, I defended medical device and pharmaceutical in multi-district litigation in Federal and State Court.
