About Todd Toral
As a partner and member of the Management Committee at Jenner & Block, I lead the Financial Markets Litigation Practice Group and handle complex and high-stakes matters involving commercial transactions, corporate governance, and investment fund and private equity disputes. I have over twenty five years of legal experience in the state and federal courts of California, New York, and Washington D.C., as well as other dispute resolution fora in the US and internationally. My core competencies include corporate law, investment, hedge, and PE fund law, business transactions, dispute resolution, and trial advocacy. I leverage my extensive knowledge and skills to provide strategic counsel and representation to a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to emerging businesses and turnaround projects across a wide array of venture structures. I also draw on my military background as a former infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, where I served for eight years and developed leadership, resilience, and teamwork. My mission is to deliver effective and efficient solutions to complex legal challenges and protect the interests of my clients.
