The Stone Law Office, PLC is located in Shockoe Slip in downtown Richmond, VA. Todd Stone served as a Prosecutor in two of Virginia's largest prosecutors’ offices over the course of a decade, where he led the violent crimes unit in the City of Richmond. Additionally, Stone served as Special Counsel to the Multi-Jurisdictional Grand Jury for the City of Richmond & the Counties of Henrico, Hanover and Chesterfield. This allowed him to have an innate sense for the inner workings of drug prosecutions and long term conspiracy cases. With a passion for the justice system & a firm belief that everyone is entitled to the process of "justice", he began representing the folks charged with crimes well over a decade ago. His practice focuses on criminal & traffic defense and some personal injury matters. He’s handled numerous high-profile cases covered in the media. Todd Stone is regularly called as a legal analyst for various media outlets. He proudly serves Richmond's two most historic, notable & relied upon news sources, WTVR Television "CBS6" & WRVA Radio 1140 AM, where he helps people understand the often complex justice system and enjoys the challenge of explaining it in common sense terms. “People tend to trust that which they can understand.
