Todd Julian

Todd Julian is a Partner who has been with Burch & Cracchiolo since 1989. His practice includes both personal injury and insurance defense litigation at both the trial and appellate level. He represents clients in cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, negligence, premises liability, and public entity and government liability. Todd has also represented numerous Indian tribes in Arizona and tribal courts in the Western United States.Todd is a certified specialist in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, he has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer (2012--personal injury) and also recognized in Arizona's Finest Lawyers. He currently is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona (Communications Advisory Committee, 1996 - present, Chair 1998 -2000; Peer Review Committee, 2000 - present, Chair 2004 - present), and the Maricopa County Bar Association (Bench-Bar Committee, 1995 - present, Chair 2002-2003).
