I would describe my practice as a general business practice representing mostly closely held organizations and financial institutions. Recently I have been involved with several interesting transactions involving the sale and purchases of businesses. It has been a pleasure to work with clients as they expand their businesses through acquisitions. In addition I have been involved in the negotiation of business contracts and advising clients involved in business/contract litigation. Currently I am the President of the Stark County Bar Association Corporate law Group and the Chair of BMSA's Business Practice Area Group.
