Tina Odjaghian

Ms. Odjaghian has been selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. She was previously selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine, recognizing "Outstanding Young Lawyers in Southern California" for three consecutive years in a row. She's the founder and managing partner of Odjaghian Law Group. Ms. Odjaghian’s practice areas include workers’ compensation litigation with an emphasis on brain injury litigation. In 2012, after settling the largest case in California workers' compensation history with her then partner, Ms. Odjaghian followed through with her long contemplated decision to dissolve her partnership and resume her practice as Odjaghian Law Group. Odjaghian law now boasts 4 attorneys who are dedicated to the standard of excellence and attaining stellar results on behalf of their clients. During the course of her decade long legal career, Ms. Odjaghian has obtained over 200 million dollars in settlements and awards on behalf of brain injured workers. On the defense side, Ms. Odjaghian and her two associates represent a select group of insurance companies and self insured employers in workers’ compensation matters including defense of Labor Code section 132 (a) claims. Odjaghian law was certified by the Supplier clearinghouse as a certified minority owned business. Ms. Odjaghian also brings with her the unique perspective of having represented plaintiffs in disputes ranging from ADA litigation to property rights in the course of her prior experience at the LMU Center for Mediation and Disability Rights where she earned her certification in Mediation. Ms. Odjaghian is a certified course instructor licensed by the California Department of Insurance and has repeatedly served as an expert panelist on brain injury. Ms. Odjaghian earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She is a proud member of the Armenian Bar Association and she was selected as Top Attorney of the Year for 2021 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).
