About Timothy Salyer
My business career has taken me to many different activities. It began as a trial lawyer, then a real estate lawyer, then V.P. of a real estate investment corporation ("REIC") and a senior housing venture, then President of the REIC, then President of a real estate development company ("WestAmerica"), then CEO and founder of Healthcare Services, Inc., Windstone Addiction Centers, Inc. and Windstone Behavioral Health. For the last 22 years I have dedicated my career to helping addicts who suffer from drug and alcohol addiction. Our Anaheim facility is known as the Anaheim Lighthouse. It has been in Anaheim since 2006. We enjoy a very collaborative relationship with the City of Anaheim in our efforts to reduce drug addiction in Anaheim and manage the underserved addicts. We also have another facility in San Diego called the San Diego Lighthouse Community, which serves the criminal justice population of San Diego County. We have had that facility since 2000.
