About Timothy Keegan
Tim Keegan is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City office of Ogletree Deakins. Tim’s practice focuses on the defense of employers against claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Tim’s extensive experience includes successfully first-chairing numerous trials and arbitrations. In addition, Tim has successfully argued scores of motions, including dispositive motions, in both state and federal court. Beyond Tim’s litigation practice, he also counsels and assists employers on a wide array of matters, including disability accommodations and the interactive process, employee leaves of absence, employee handbooks and policies, and litigation avoidance. Tim is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in California, Utah and Idaho.
