I have been practicing law in Colorado since 1992. First, while in the USAF, as an Active Duty Judge Advocate, then later with the Office of the Area Defense Counsel at Peterson AFB. During my time there, I defended officers, enlisted men and cadets on charges ranging from sexual assault, drug crimes, DUI and theft to disrespect towards a superior officer and failure to obey a lawful order.When I left active duty, I remained in the reserves and accepted a position as Deputy District Attorney at the El Paso County District Attorney's Office.
