Tim Misny

I have served as a personal injury lawyer in the Cleveland, Ohio, area for over 32 years. Throughout my career I have served in the prosecutor's office for the City of Euclid and represented the Cleveland Police Patrolman's Association. I now focus on attaining justice for the injured victim. My grandfather, a Croatian immigrant, was the victim of a work accident while working on construction of Tower City Center, and my grandmother was left to pick up the pieces after his death. One day she took me as a little boy to see Tower City Center. When I asked her who lived there, she answered, "No one lives here. Lawyers have offices here. One day you will be a lawyer and have an office here because there will always be somebody who needs your help."​ Years later, her dream came true. My family's legacy is what drives my passion for the injured victim. I've seen the effects of tragedy without compensation and heard the stories.
