Tigran Martinian

I am the founding attorney at Martinian Lawyers, Inc. Almost 20 years of experience in the legal field, I have a wealth of knowledge and skills to offer clients in need of representation. I began my career as a highly skilled paralegal and worked my way up to becoming a successful trial lawyer, allowing me to provide representation in both the personal injury and criminal defense fields. I am a member of many professional and legal organizations, such as the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. My background in criminal defense allows me to represent clients in both state and federal cases, and I am proud to have successfully resolved my first criminal case, involving a client accused of insurance fraud, shortly after passing the bar examination. I am passionate about advocating for the rights of my clients in all situations, including personal injury cases involving brain and head injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputation, severe burns, and eye injuries. I also have experience in family law and wrongful termination, and I am dedicated to assisting employees who have complaints of discrimination, harassment, and whistle-blowing. In addition, I have experience in product defect cases, such as airplane crashes, boating accidents, bus accidents, construction accidents, faulty electrical wiring, defective farm equipment, industrial accidents, and defective medical devices.
