About Tiffanie Benfer
Tiffanie C. Benfer represents clients in all areas of employment discrimination, including issues related to race, gender/sex, national origin, pregnancy, ADEA, ADA, and FMLA as well as wage and hour matters under the FLSA. She also counsels employees and employers on employment, severance agreements, and non-competition agreements. Tiffanie has successfully brought and defended claims in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Prior to law school, Ms. Benfer was the Assistant Director of Student Conduct at Georgetown University. Ms. Benfer was responsible for coordinating and overseeing student disciplinary hearings and supervising disciplinary sanctions. Ms. Benfer’s experience provides her with a unique insight into how college student conduct systems work.
