About Thomas Vincent
If there was one adjective I could choose to describe how I feel about practicing law on behalf of my clients, it would be “passionate.” Early in my career as a senior trial attorney with the Oakland County, Michigan Prosecutor’s Office, I represented the people of the state of Michigan in hundreds of complex matters that often involved life and death situations. I did so with passion and integrity, as well as with the never ending drive and fearless determination to obtain the right result for my client, every time. For over 40 years, my passion for practicing law and my dedication to each and every client remains just as STRONG as when I first stepped into the courtroom. Today, I leverage my experience as a trial attorney to help litigants resolve their matters as a neutral meditator and arbitrator. I work in a variety of areas, including civil rights, class actions, commercial liability, education law, employment liability, governmental law, medical litigation, motor vehicle and trucking liability, pharmaceutical liability, premises liability, product liability and professional liability.
