Thomas Strong

I defend employers against employee discrimination, whistle blowing, and wage and hour claims in court and before administrative agencies. I provide employers with advice for complying with anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, family and medical leave laws, and other laws governing the employment relationship. I also assist employers in enforcing and drafting covenants not to compete in an environment of conflicting and changing state laws. In addition, I assist employers in complying with occupational safety and health laws and in defending against occupational safety and health citations.I provide pro bono employment advice to local nonprofit organizations, including TurnAround, Inc., which offers counseling and other services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
