During my career, I have had the opportunity to represent both plaintiff and defense clients. Early in my career, my practice primarily consisted of representing companies in business disputes and negligence actions and doctors and hospitals in medical liability cases. Over the course of my career, the focus of my practice has shifted from representing defendants to primarily representing plaintiffs. Today, my practice is concentrated on representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions, including prosecution of complex pharmaceutical cases and medical device cases against some of the largest corporations in the United States. As a hands-on and client-focused Attorney, I am committed and motivated most by helping clients solve problems. Many of my clients suffer from severe and lasting consequences, including debilitating injuries causing devastating financial burdens to themselves and their families. Taking the time to listen to the concerns of my clients, making them feel understood, and providing much needed hope has always been crucial to ensuring the best possible outcome.
