Thomas Pratt

After two and a half years of working for other attorneys, Tom opened The Law Office of Thomas V. Pratt. Tom has been serving the needs of individuals and small businesses in the Inland Empire of Southern California since 1980. In 1986 the court moved from Ontario to Rancho Cucamonga, so we moved as well, to be conveniently located near the court. We have provided services in nearly all areas of civil litigation including business disputes, real estate problems and representing those being sued in many different areas as well as offering services in every area of Family Law including Divorce, Child Custody and Child Support issues and any other aspect of Family Law. We offer advice and consultation to businesses from start up, partnership formation and Incorporation through the affairs of business operation to winding down business or ending a partnership. Finally as our clients were becoming concerned about the future, we started providing Estate Planning services about twenty years ago, including Wills, Trusts, conservatorships and handling the probate or Trust settlement when a client or family member passes on. We remain here in Rancho Cucamonga to assist our clients locally, even as the County has moved many of the Court functions from the local Court to the Central District Court, in San Bernardino
