Thomas Hudson

Board-certified DUI Defense Specialist with offices in Sarasota, and Key West, FL.Specialties: Tom Hudson is one of fewer than 100 lawyers in the U.S. who is Nationally Board-Certified by the National College of DUI Defense in the Defense of DUI Cases. He has been trained as a DUI investigator and a Florida Breath Test Operator. In 2019, Tom was a featured speaker at the Summer Session of the NCDD, held at Harvard Law School. He has tried over 400 jury trials and over 100 DUI trials in the past ten years. Tom Hudson has been active in numerous social causes, including animal rescue. He has been on the Board of the Sarasota Animal Rescue Coalition since 2010. He also has been active advocating for marriage equality and gay rights and was previously a member of the Board of both the Southwest Florida Business Guild and Sarasota ALSO for Out Youth.
