Partner, Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP. I am a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice group and Litigation practice group. I focus my practice on business, financial and commercial litigation matters, out of court restructurings, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. I represent lenders, borrowers, factors, real estate developers, property owners, business owners and parties in the entertainment field with respect to business disputes and related litigation. I also represent debtors-in-possession, creditors committees, trustees and receivers, asset purchasers, financial institutions, parties to contracts (such as landlords, tenants, franchisors, licensors and licensees), and secured and unsecured creditors in reorganization cases, liquidations, workouts, assignment for the benefit of creditor proceedings, receiverships, adversary proceedings and bankruptcy appeals.
