Thomas Berra

I am an experienced litigator, regularly handling complex commercial ‎and employment litigation, class actions, non-compete and trade secret cases, product liability and mass / toxic tort cases, professional negligence, private club and general business disputes. I frequently appear before state and federal ‎courts and administrative agencies in Missouri, Illinois, and throughout the United States. I have extensive alternative dispute resolution experience. In addition to dispute resolution, I regularly counsel clients concerning day-to-day employment and business issues.I am a member of the Firm’s Management ‎Committee and serve as the Firm's General Counsel where I am responsible for issues involving Legal Ethics, Professional Responsibility, Conflicts of Interest and Claims.‎ I am involved in my community and hold various positions with several ‎St. Louis community and nonprofit organizations. I was a member of the Class of ‎‎2003 - 2004 FOCUS St. Louis Leadership Program, which recognizes individuals who attain high levels of leadership in their respective fields and who demonstrate ‎deep commitment to the community. I currently serve as Chair the Board of Trustees of St. Louis University High School, where I have also long served on the Alumni Board. I am a past President of the Board of Governors of ‎Greenbriar Hills Country Club in Kirkwood, MO and served for 10 years as Club Counsel. I recently completed a two year term as President of the Board of Governors of The Racquet Club of St. Louis.
