Theo Gould

Represents employers in all phases of labor and employment law, with particular expertise in employment litigation and traditional labor law. Experience includes representing national and local clients from a wide variety of industries, including hospitality and food services, retail, construction, commercial real estate, financial service organizations, staffing companies, and hospitals and health care. Represents and advises clients in various aspects of employment and labor law, including wage and hour law, age, sex, race and disability discrimination, and sexual harassment litigation. In addition, represents clients in cases involving wrongful termination, breach of contract, employee benefits, enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants, arbitrations, and in collective bargaining negotiations. Represented employers in court proceedings and before administrative agencies in all aspects of employment and labor law, including Federal, State and City courts and agencies.
