My legal career has spanned from its beginnings at a high-powered AmLaw50 law firm and then partnership at one of the oldest and largest law firms in Chicago to partner at Smith O’Callaghan & White, a Chicago boutique law firm that I founded to provide Big Law legal services but with a focused and passionate team of lawyers emphasizing employment litigation, trade secrets litigation and non-compete agreement issues. Our clients are large to medium size companies including public corporations, financial institutions, other law firms, and affiliated senior executives.
