Pursuing her legal career, she attended California Western School of Law on a Presidential Scholarship, graduating in 1988 with her Juris Doctorate. Admitted to the California State Bar that same year, Ms. Trucchi is also authorized to practice in various Federal Courts, including the Southern and Central Districts, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Fourth District Court of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and before the California and United States Supreme Court.
An experienced litigator, Ms. Trucchi has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials and has litigated thousands of contested hearings and trials within the Family Courts. While her primary practice location is San Diego County, she has also handled cases in Los Angeles, Orange, Imperial, San Bernardino, Shasta, Yolo, and Riverside Counties, providing comprehensive legal representation across California. Since 2007, Ms. Trucchi has shared her knowledge as an adjunct professor at San Diego Community College's Legal Assistant program, teaching Legal Research, Torts, and Family Law.
