About Teresa Bouchard
People are my passion. Or, more specifically, people in the workplace and the host of challenges and complications that come with employing human beings. I've spent my legal career advising businesses on how to manager their people. From the HR/legal side, I've covered all the greatest hits: EEO, wage and hour, pay equity, safety, compliance, training, investigations, litigation, and more. As I advise my business partners, I recognize and embrace the significance of work to the individual, and I strive to offer creative solutions that maximize the employee experience while mitigating legal risk. Over the past few years, my "people" have consisted primarily of lawyers, so ask me about my favorite model rules of professional conduct. Prior to my current role, I worked in-house for a nationwide retailer, and I served as outside counsel to clients across industries.
